Pills
With several pills, each gets its own button on the home screen.
Add a pill
Optional. Leave blank to auto-name it (Pill #1, #2, …).
When set, the "next:" label and dose alerts use these times. Blank = morning/afternoon/evening slots.
Your data
Stored only in this browser on this device. Nothing is sent anywhere. Anyone who can use this browser can see it, so keep a backup by exporting now and then. This is a memory aid (pill tracker), not a medical device. Its data can be lost. For anything critical, keep a separate record and ask your pharmacist or doctor when in doubt.
Doctor summary
Last 30 days, per pill. Print it, or save it as a PDF, and show it to your doctor. This is a memory aid, not a medical device.
Monthly sheet
One month on one page. Print it and keep it where you can see it. ● all doses taken · ◐ partial · ○ missed or not taken yet.
Help & info
Version 1.50
How it works
- Tap the big button = today's dose is done. Green means done.
- Tap undo right after to fix a mistake.
- Did not take today's dose? Tap Missed on the pill's row. It marks the day as missed on purpose (tap Undo missed to remove it).
- Forgotten a past day? Open history and use the + / − buttons on that day's row.
- Multidose pills show the next slot: morning, afternoon, evening. You can set real dose times (e.g. 08:00, 20:00) in the pill form; the "next:" label then uses them.
- The small x/y number beside each pill: doses taken today, out of the total scheduled. Adherence (days with all doses taken, last 7/30/90 days) is in the stats under History and in the doctor summary.
- In history, day streak: days in a row with all doses taken, counted back from today. History also has 30-day bars and a year view.
- Add pills or change doses per day in Settings (the gear).
- On a break from a pill? In Settings, Pause it (it will not count as missed). End it when you stop (history stays, and you can restore it).
- Theme: pick light, dark, or system in Settings (the gear). System follows the phone.
- Settings also has a doctor summary (last 30 days) you can print or copy, and a monthly sheet (one month per page) to print and keep around.
- Top icons: save to home screen (bookmark), share, help, settings.
Questions
I missed a day - is that a problem?
For the app: nothing to fix, it just keeps going. For your health: if you're unsure about the missed dose, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
I tapped by mistake.
Use the undo button below the big button to remove the last tap.
Moving to a new phone?
Settings → Export backup here, then Import backup there. Import first shows a preview of what will change. Tap Import to apply it, or Cancel to keep your current data.
Can family share one phone?
Not in this version. One person per browser, so shared use mixes up the history. Family sharing is planned for the Pro version. Feedback welcome!
I want reminders.
Settings → Reminders: turn on “Remind me at dose times”, tap Turn on notifications, and set a time for each pill. Reminders show while the browser is open, even if this tab is hidden. If the browser is closed, reminders do not arrive.
Do I need an account or internet?
No. It works offline, and everything stays on this device.

About
Why this exists: pill reminders turned into lists are where pills get forgotten. So: one button. This version is free forever. All data is saved in this browser's local storage. No data leaves your phone.
A Pro version is planned later, with sync between your devices, a report for your doctor, and sharing with family. If you want something specific, tell us with the feedback button above.
Four quick steps
- Took your pill? Tap the big button.
- Add your real pill names and doses per day in Settings (gear, top right).
- Want a nudge at dose times? Turn on reminders and notifications in Settings.
- Save to your home screen (share icon, then “Add to Home Screen”) - the app works offline.
